If you need to reschedule, review your confirmation email. ​
Appointments can only be rescheduled before 48 hours. After 48 hours the appointment will result in loss of retainer's fee.
PUNCTUALITY:
Please arrive ON TIME. You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. After your grace period, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your retainer's fee will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations and No Show appointments will be charged 50% of service. ​ Please be mindful that you are not the only appointment scheduled. Your lateness delays the appointments after you.
CANCELLATION:
Appointment cancellation should be done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment

If your appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee. No call, No shows will be banned from future service
